Do callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Your secretary introduces itself by name — Anna or Mark — as an AI assistant, says the call will be summarized for you, and it always answers honestly if asked.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Keep your number and turn on conditional call forwarding so only unanswered or declined calls reach your secretary.

Which phones does it work with?

US mobile carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, using conditional call forwarding. For other countries, please ask first.

Where are my calls stored?

Each call summary goes to your Telegram. By default the server keeps only call durations for usage billing.

Can it ask questions specific to my business?

Yes. Each business can set what the secretary collects by default — for example order items, quantity and pickup time for a restaurant, dates and number of guests for a short-term rental like Airbnb, or the product and question for product inquiries. Just tell us your type of business.
